Muni bus lines 14 and 49 stop directly in front of 12 Galaxies at 22nd and Mission. Lines 26, 12, 33, 67 and 48 all stop within a four block radius of the club.

From the South Bay: Take Hwy 101 North to San Francisco, stay on Hwy 101 until you reach the Cesar Chavez Street exit. Follow the signs for Cesar Chavez West, stay on Cesar Chavez until Mission St. Turn right on Mission Street and go 4 blocks to 12 Galaxies.

From the North Bay: Take Hwy 101 South across the Golden Gate Bridge, take the Marina exit to Lombard St. Turn right on Gough Street until it intersects with Market. At Market bear right on Otis Street, turn right Mission Street and go one mile to 12 Galaxies.

From the East Bay :
(1-faster) Take 80 across the Bay Bridge exit at the 9th Street exit. Follow Harrison Street to 17th Street. Take a right on 17th Street, turn left on Mission Street and go half a mile to 12 Galaxies.
